The RFP did outline the key questions that are important to the BID (see section VII
[pages 15-18] of the attached document).

Why don't I go through each proposal and extract into executive summaries for your review.
I can try to have this by end of day.

For now, let's put a hold on an in-person meeting.

for the weekend). I honestly only made it through 3 proposals since Wednesday, and even
then my recall was blurred between the 3.

Couple thoughts:

Instead of us reading through all the fluff of the 7-8 RFPs why not develop the
key questions important to the BID and distribute that document back to the companies to
provide tunneled response (annual cost / estimated headcount hours / etc.) From there we
can then line them up in a rubric/matrix for comparison.
